Father’s Day Lobster Bake
Sunday, June 15, 2008 – 12:00-4:00
This special event is brought to you by Shoreline Lobster Bake Company. Give Dad a break from the BBQ for Father’s Day by treating him to this traditional New England culinary experience. Chartered fishing and lobster boat rides will be available by reservation. Private rooms are available for large groups. Please make reservations no later than June 5th. Reserve your date for a private gathering at this magnificently decorated waterfront estate to celebrate the Holiday Season with Friends, Business Associates or Family

Holiday Dinner Gala Seated/Served
A Holiday Feast guaranteed to satiate. Your choice of a seated/served or buffet style dinner includes stationary and passed Hors d’oeuvres, Caesar Salad, Entrée selections of Prime Rib of Beef, Pork Loin with Pomegranate and Orange Glaze, Chicken Wellington with White Madeira Sauce, or Artichoke Strudel with Red Pepper Sauce. All entrees are accompanied with Roasted Vegetables, Twice Baked White and Sweet Potatoes and an Assortment of Holiday Breads. A medley of desserts are offered and included along with Spiced Cider, Coffee & Tea.
